Find every customer whose vehicle has an open manufacturer safety recall right now, so a real safety item never slips through your book. Recalls are repaired free at the franchised dealer, so reaching out is trust and goodwill (and a natural reason to bring the car in), not a service you bill. Data is public NHTSA and always free.
